Updated process for WL rush shipping requests:
• Reach out to WL asap and ask to hold the order for possible shipping upgrade.
• Inform the client of the additional rush shipping cost (WL confirms the final amount after the order has shipped). Advise we can only hold the order for up to 2 BD while pending approval.
• If no response after 2BD, ship as is and send a courtesy email that we can’t guarantee delivery.
• Once approved, contact WL to upgrade the shipment.
• Track the order until it ships (add to Support Requests as needed). Once shipped, confirm the final shipping cost with WL.
• Once the SF amount is acquired, have Admin/Venus generate the invoice and send the payment link to the client.
• Keep the ticket open until the invoice has been paid before closing the email.
