Identifying EMBR Files
EMBR files are embroidery-related designs. You can identify them easily because of the word “embr” appears in the file name or description.
Opening the design for Review
To view the actual dimensions, locate the EMBR file in the system, right-click on it, open the image, and then select Edit Design.
Check Design Dimensions
Designs should be at least 1.5 inches in size to make sure they look clear when embroidered. The only exception is a single logo that can be exactly 1.5 inches. This design is approved.
Approving or Holding Designs
Designs should be APPROVED immediately if they are bold and clear, do not contain complex or tiny elements, and have colors that are correct and easily distinguishable.
However, designs should NOT be approved if they include fine or small text, use script or cursive fonts, or have gradient effects. If there is any uncertainty, the design should be left unapproved for further review, and the concern should be raised in Slack rather than outright rejecting the design
