Orders will come thru OD with blank image previews.
They are either:
1. Guest checkouts
To confirm, search the order in XE for the design files.
Create custom sku in OD and process as a one-off custom order/guest order
2. Blank order
If no designs in XE, assume it’s a blank order and process accordingly
