Use this process when a customer reports a sizing issue to ensure measurements are verified, evidence is collected, and the correct resolution is applied.
Step 1: Collect Evidence πΈ
- Request photos or video from the customer:
- Garment laid flat
- Size tag visible (brand + size)
- Neck-to-bottom measurement
- Chest measurement (left to right)
- Confirm measurements were taken with a tape measure

Step 2: Verify Measurements π
- Compare against the correct size chart:
- White Label β S&S Activewear
- All other products β SanMar
- Check for minor size tolerance (variance is acceptable)
Step 3: Determine Outcome β
- If within tolerance:
- Explain size tolerance to customer
- No reprint required
- If mislabel suspected:
- Email vendor/printer including:
- Customer photos
- Order #
- SKU / Style
- Size ordered vs. size received
- Once printer error is confirmed β submit reprint

Step 4: In-House Fulfillment π
- Ping Admin and Fulfillment
- Verify blanks with SanMar (rare: S&S)
Step 5: Documentation π
- Log all findings and resolution in order notes
