This guide outlines our policies for handling design and sizing changes for reprint orders. Following these rules ensures fairness, consistency, and prevents confusion or misuse.
Design Change Requests
We only allow design changes on reprints when there is a confirmed misprint.
- Reprints will not accommodate design changes while the order is on hold unless it is a confirmed misprint error.
- This ensures fairness and prevents situations where errors may be unclear or open to abuse.
- Procedure:
- Verify whether the design issue is a true misprint.
- If confirmed, make the necessary design correction.
- If not confirmed, do not make changes while the order is on hold.
Tag @Admin in Slack in any design change for approval.
Sizing Change Requests
Customers cannot upsize on reprints; we only correct errors with the original size ordered.
- Orders cannot be upsized or changed to a different size on reprints.
- Example: If the original order was L, the customer cannot request XL or higher.
- Measurement Verification:
- Ask the customer for their measurements.
- Refer to the sizing guide: Faqs & Returns
- Procedure:
- Compare measurements against the original size ordered.
- If the size is incorrect due to a misprint or error, send the correct size.
- Do not upsize beyond the originally ordered size (e.g. , L → XL).
