RETURNED TO SENDER (RTS)
- If tracking shows RETURNED TO SENDER, we’ll wait for MICAH to receive the returned item before moving forward with the reprint.
- Once received, the reprint can be processed based on the item’s condition and confirmation.
LOST IN TRANSIT
- If tracking is stuck or marked LOST IN TRANSIT, the VENDOR (e.g., WL or MVP) will typically file a MISSING MAIL SEARCH if the carrier is USPS.
- We’ll wait for that process to complete before taking the next steps.
- Continue to check in with WL or the vendor as needed for updates.
REPRINTS OVER $300
- Any reprints totaling $300 OR MORE will require MICAH’S EXPLICIT APPROVAL before proceeding.
