Requests & Approval for Reprint

All reprint requests will now require approval from either Sammantha or Micah before proceeding. This ensures proper tracking and vendor accountability for lost or returned items.

RETURNED TO SENDER (RTS)

  • If tracking shows RETURNED TO SENDER, we’ll wait for MICAH to receive the returned item before moving forward with the reprint.
  • Once received, the reprint can be processed based on the item’s condition and confirmation.

LOST IN TRANSIT

  • If tracking is stuck or marked LOST IN TRANSIT, the VENDOR (e.g., WL or MVP) will typically file a MISSING MAIL SEARCH if the carrier is USPS.
  • We’ll wait for that process to complete before taking the next steps.
  • Continue to check in with WL or the vendor as needed for updates.

REPRINTS OVER $300

  • Any reprints totaling $300 OR MORE will require MICAH’S EXPLICIT APPROVAL before proceeding.

KEY NOTES

  • Always confirm TRACKING STATUS first before escalating.
  • Document all related updates in the INTERNAL REPRINT TRACKER for visibility.
  • If unclear, confirm with MICAH before filing or following up with the vendor.
