MVP & International Orders

MVP Timeframes

• Standard Orders (Non-Embroidery):
  • Normal turnaround: 3–5 business days.
  • Occasionally: 3–7 business days — if this happens, check for the reason (especially if it’s not noted on the production sheet).
• Mixed Orders (Embroidery + DTG):
  • Turnaround: 7–10 business days, since both items are shipped together.

Shipping Guidelines

• Canada
  • Orders shipping to Canadian addresses → Send to Printgeek by default.
  • Orders with U.S. addresses → Send to MVP.
• Europe
  • Orders shipping to European addresses → Send to T&Sons.
  • Alternative option: MVP (if T&Sons is unavailable or unable to fulfill).
• General Rule
  • Non–white label products that designated printers can’t handle → Send to MVP.

Delays

• If an MVP order is delayed more than 5 days, investigate the cause (e.g., stock issue, production delay, etc.).
• Document the reason clearly in the order notes for client visibility.
