Cache Purging

Overview

Shops have been optimized to load significantly faster on the frontend due to improved caching implementation.

What Changed

  • Shops now use enhanced frontend caching to improve load speed
  • Cached data automatically updates when clients make changes such as:
    • โœ… Shop name updates
    • โœ… Email changes
    • โœ… Product information edits
    • โœ… New product additions
    • โœ… Other storefront modifications

Cache Behavior

  • Cache is automatically purged when updates are made through the system
  • In addition, cache refreshes automatically every 10 minutes as a fallback sync
Issue: Client Not Seeing Updates

If a client reports that updates are not appearing, it may be due to cached data not yet refreshed.

Troubleshooting Steps:
  1. Confirm the update was successfully saved in the system
  2. Wait up to 10 minutes for automatic cache refresh
  3. If still not updated, manually purge the cache
Manual Cache Purge Tool

While logged in, you can force a cache purge using the following URL format:
