Clients/Customers Ask Where We’re Based

Sometimes customers or clients may ask where The Church Shop is located. It’s important to respond in a friendly, professional, and consistent way while maintaining privacy for our team.
Use the approved responses below depending on the situation.

Primary Answer

“Our offices are just outside Raleigh, North Carolina.”

If They Press for Specifics

“We’re based in Cary, just outside Raleigh.”

If They Ask More (About Remote Work, Home Offices, etc.)

Keep it simple and confident:

“For the safety and privacy of our team, we don’t share detailed info but our operations are based in Cary, NC.”

If a Customer Asks About Your Accent

“I get that a lot! Our team supports churches across the U.S., and we’re based out of Cary, North Carolina.”

If They Press Further

“We don’t share individual team locations for safety reasons, but we’re all part of The Church Shop team based in North Carolina.”

If a Customer Becomes Rude or Racist

“I’m sorry, but I can’t continue this conversation while inappropriate language is being used. I’ll need to end the chat/call now.”
