Screenprint (MVP)
- Very flexible and custom placements are possible.
- Placement is typically based on image previews provided by the customer.
- Can also handle:
- Embroidery
- Water reveal
- DTF
- DTG (though DTG quality from MVP isn’t the strongest)
Color Options
- Can accommodate all SanMar colors.
- Always base inventory checks on the site’s stock status.
Production Notes
- Best for 25+ pieces.
- Not ideal for one-off orders or samples, since setup costs make small runs more expensive.
DTG (White Label)
- Works with preset templates:
- 14×15 print area (standard)
- 7×9 print area (smaller prints)
- Print margins are fixed and cannot be adjusted beyond what’s defined in our catalog.
- Print starts 1″ down from the collar.
Color Options
- Limited to specific core colors listed in the Core SKU List Sheet → WL Color Catalog Tabs.
- We can reach out to White Label to confirm the availability of other colors, but ideally, we stick to the approved list in the sheet.
