We’ve updated our reprint policy for embroidery and color-related issues to clarify responsibility and ensure consistent handling across all orders.
Reprint Coverage
- We only cover reprint costs if the issue is due to our error, such as:
- Wrong thread color used
- Incorrect placement by our production team
- Other production mistakes
- If the church selects the wrong color, we do not cover the reprint.
- If the design placement was edited or adjusted by the church, and they are unhappy with the result, we also do not cover the reprint.
Embroidery Thread Color Guidelines
- If the church does not specify a thread color and it’s difficult to match, send it back to the church for confirmation before proceeding.
- Always request a clear color reference (e.g., hex code, image, or description) when possible.
- Record any confirmation or decision in order notes or Slack for documentation and accountability.
Summary

❌ Church-selected wrong color → No reprint covered.
🎨 Church-edited design placement → No reprint covered.
🧵 Unclear thread color → Confirm with church before embroidery.
