Overview
This policy outlines the guidelines for handling design revisions and proof requests for INK products, specifically when The Church Shop did not create the original design.
Initial Proofs & Revisions
Customers are entitled to up to three (3) revisions at no charge for INK products that we did not design.
Additional Revisions
- Beyond three free revisions, each additional revision will incur a $15 charge per revision.
- The charge will be billed via Stripe invoice.
- Be reasonable with requests, customers cannot repeatedly make small changes without incurring additional costs.
Note: Always ensure the customer understands that repeated design changes may result in additional charges after the third revision.
